The information provided by customers will be used only for shipment of products and contacting or sending direct mail or email. The company will responsibly and safely accumulate and store the provided information, and it will not be transferred or provided to a third party.
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day on the Internet. A reply for confirmation will be sent within 3 business days except Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. If you have not received a reply within that period, please contact us via the contact form.
1:ORDERS
If the delivered product is different from the order, please send by freight-collect after sending an email. (Please note, return is accepted only if the product has not been used.) Return or replacement is not accepted if there is no fault on the part of the company. Please be careful when placing an order. If the packaging is soiled or damaged, please check the contents in the presence of the delivery person. If the delivery person does not agree, please do not accept the package, claim damage at the post office, and contact the company by email. Please make sure to check the contents when you receive the package. The product will be sent after confirming details. Since the articles are hand-made, there is not a piece which is perfectly the same as another. Therefore, the article you purchase may be different from the pictures on this website if it is observed in detail. We cannot accept returns or replacement for such a reason. We appreciate your kind understanding.

Shipping charges
All products are shipped from Japan by EMS. If the total amount is 460 dollars or more, the shipping charge will be paid by the company. There are some areas we cannot ship to. Please contact us for confirmation. Please note that if the amount is more than 200 thousand yen in total, a customs duty must be paid, and it will be charged to the buyer. Your understanding is appreciated. The shipping charge may change from the prices listed here.
